Go back up to post No1 and post up the measurements that are asked for in that post, then stick them up and I'll work it out for you, I have charts to work it out.....

But here is your result from the given measurements
Your bodyfat percentage = 11.8%
Your total bodyfat = 19.7 lbs
Your fat free mass = 147.3 lbs

Are you sure that your measurements are right, did you use a tape measure, check the wrist measurement.
With the measurements you have given me it comes out to about 3% bodyfat which is impossible. Your BMI is just over 24 which is at the top of the "normal" range....!!

I was planning to cut fat soon, but that looks like a bad idea  jk jk but here is the information I got this time;
height: 66 inches / 167.64
weight: 146 lbs / 54.48 kg
waist: 30 inches / 76.2 cm
wrist: 6.86 (6 7/8) inches / 17.42 cm
looks like I did some bad converting  and if you can, tell me my BMI
