This morning my waist was 34.5
my wrist I re-measured is actually 7.25 weight is def 212. I thought that was weird too. Eating pretty much the same. I felt I was over eating so I cut back a lot for a couple days. My sleeping schedule is all messed up from a trip I took.

hmmm thanks for telling me doug.

How would i get my body fat up, increase my intake of carbs???????

hi Doug
When i measure around my belly button i get about 86-88cm,but if i measure bellow the button by about 5cm i get 91-93cm Which do u need

wrist 7 inches
waist : 87cm around belly button and 92cm bellow jst bellow

From the measurements above:
Your bodyfat percentage = 16%
Your total bodyfat = 30.4 lbs
Your fat free mass = 159.6 lbs
