Typically for cutting fat you would want around :
40% Protein
40% Carbs
20% Fats
For bulking up you could use the above, or use:
30% Protein
50% Carbs
20% Fats
Most importantly Keep Protein at least 1g per lb of bodyweight.
- When cutting you would want a lower percentage of carbs.
- When cutting you would want to keep protein levels high to help maintain those muscles.
- When cutting you would want to moderate your fats, stay to healthy fats such as ( avocados, nuts, olive oil )
