Hi Medicman Welcome to the Forum..
What time do you get up in the morning..??
What hours do you work per day..??
Do you eat before doing your workout, if you do what time do you eat at, and what do you normally have to eat..??

hey, thanks......i start workin out at 7am and i usually get up at 6 or 615. unfortunately i don't eat that often in the mornings. i usually drink muscle milk before i go. other than that i haven't been eating the way i should. i finally decided to get some help with a diet plan because i'm lookin to gain about 30lbs. overall. i work 10am to 6pm but my shifts sometimes go over and it's hard to actually get good meals due to my job. i know i could actually do it but honestly...i've just been slackin on it and it's finally time for me to actually do something. if you can help i would be greatful!

If you want to lose some weight then you can train without breakfast before training, but you wont have much energy to get the best out of the workout especially if your aim is to build some mass, before you go to bed I would suggest you get a protein/carbohydrate drink with some oil for essential fats, or have a meal comprising of protein, carbohydrates, and fats before you go to bed, (ie. meats, sweet potatoes, vegetables, oily dressing).the fats will help to delay the digestion of the meal, and then if you normally get up through the night to go to the toilet then get a small protein/carb drink with some low fat milk,
Have a think about maybe having meal replacement drinks in the day, in between your main meals to get your calories, plus dont forget you also need fibre in the day for healthy bowels.

Hi Damien, as you would know I'm new to the forum.
I would very much appreciate it if you can give me a mass gain diet. At the moment I have no appetite at all.
I weigh 73Kg, and my length is 6ft 7".
My breakfast is at 07:30 and my workout at 16:30pm.
Can you please give me a dietplan according to this information.
Yesterday I have started the 3 day workout that you have for building mass.
Thank you in advance.
