Omlettes are great way off getting protein and a bunch of vitamins throughout the day. Don't just stick to plain omlettes. Ham, tomato, mushrooms, peas, onions, peppers, carrots all work great with omlettes. Trick with the veg is too dice it small. Grind peppercorns into the omlette mix and grind a dash of salt in when you add the other ingrediants to add flavour.
