Default Omlette in breakfast

i am in Size gaining phase. Plz tell me that eating Omlette in breakfast with 3 white bread slices is benefical for me or not?

Wholemeal bread would be better. And you say how much bread, but not how many eggs used in the omlette.

As 5kgLifter has said above, try to stay off the white bread, the omelet is a good protein source, if you have problems with cholesterol or their is a family history of high cholesterol then use egg whites and one or two whole eggs. The amount of eggs or egg whites is dependent on how much protein you require in that meal...

Omlettes are great way off getting protein and a bunch of vitamins throughout the day. Don't just stick to plain omlettes. Ham, tomato, mushrooms, peas, onions, peppers, carrots all work great with omlettes. Trick with the veg is too dice it small. Grind peppercorns into the omlette mix and grind a dash of salt in when you add the other ingrediants to add flavour.

i also love to season the eggs with Dill, Paprika, and Cayene Pepper, to get around using salt. your imagination is the limit to what you can come up with
