Default The Evidence against Soy!

Here is an intresting article (with links) against soy. The article states that there is no evidence that soy products can improve health and evidence shows the opposite. Have a read and make your own mind up..... Evidence against soy

LOL. "Persistent sexual arousal syndrome" is my fav. "adverse" effect!

yep, I think anytime any food is processed and refined and then hyped it starts to be troublesome for humans...but good for the industry pocketbook $$ ..

Used to love Tivali (soy) 'sausages', but never a big fan on loads of soya products. Most of the stuff they sell tastes like rubber, texture-wise I mean. And soya drinks are usually laden with either oil or sugar, or both, just to make them palatable.

Problem is you find soy in the most unlikely places, like soy flour in bloomers (bread loaf) etc.
