Also, I forgot to mention, when first mixed it is slightly warm, from the process, but if you wanna spread it warm then it's perfect. Leave a small amount out each night in order to warm up for spreadability.
Don't forget you can also mix nuts this way, so you can have brazil/cashew/peanut mixes etc, with flaxseed etc if you want. Make to own taste, and don't necessarily restrict it to just one nut flavour...let your imagination run with it....

Don't worry about the 'buddy' part, I'm kind of getting used to it...no offence taken, it's understandable that people (in general, yep, I'm generalising here...after I 'slaughtered' someone else for doing it LOL) associate weight training with men as opposed to women (in general)

i think a lot of people use words like that so much they dont even pay attention to who theyre talking to anyway. like my dad, he calls everyone bro, even when hes talking to his sisters or his mom, he doesnt even think about it just a habit

Yeah my dad calls everyone mate; it's always 'watcha mate', no matter what gender, or age, they are. Used to call my mother 'ducks' 'watcha ducks...' 'you didn't want one did you ducks...' (after he'd made himself a cuppa). Language is a funny old thing
