Pizza
is having a whole dominos pizza for lunch ok
had my last junk food meal over a week ago ( mcdonalds)
plus been on camp for 3 days with less food than my body requires..

Pizza by itself is not good. A whole pizza in one sitting isn't good for anyone!

mmmmmmm.... pizza...... *drools*
Pizza might be tasty, but it has such a high caloric content that it would be just about impossible not to have some stored as fat. And pizza is almost always accompanied by something to drink (because of the salt content, making you thirsty) so bear that in mind as well.

getting rid of the pepporoni also gets rid of a lot of fat as that's all pepporoni is.

i did have two slices of white pizza as a cheatmeal this week, figured i would try and get as much protein as i could out of it. didnt enjoy eating it at all acutally, probably wont have pizza again for another 6 months or longer.

But the peperoni is the best part of the pizza
Maybeeeee you could get a seafood pizza if they do them so you get some protein out of it or how bout having a packed lunch with a few tuna sandwiches
