I know I sound little retarded, but man I have been just too frustrated by gaining fat along with "trying" to gain muscle.

Man I sound like a bag of contradictions.

You dont need an great excess of calories to put muscle on, only approx 300 over and above what you would need per day to put you in an "anabolic" (growth) state. A lot of people think that the should just eat and eat, not true....unless you are an anorexic ectomorph,,lol

Well done on the weight gain....nice one mate !
No you dont have to worry to much about fat gain as your body will be in turbo drive with regards to calories utilised in the day...so you have to put more in than you burn off. which is quite hard, but you are of the lucky body type that doesnt put to much fat on, you can virtually eat what you want...because you need the intake,

Good.
I am an endomorph, so I tend to get round very soon.

Though not as much as you ppl might be imagining right now. haha
Hey what about the night diet? I mean should it be less in carb/fat than rest of the day?

Off topic: Well done on the weight gain mate
On topic: If you gain weight easily (which endos do) I would limit your carb intake late at night.
