Anyway looking stacked dude, good to hear you havnt lost any muscle, im having to take a break at the moment with my back so i know how it feels just sitting around....RAGE!

They are 18" and I only curl with the EZ bar with 5kg on each end, just 10 kgs on the bar... you kids getting the hint??
Hang in there with the back injury mate, it sucks, I know, control your feed and it will make life easier later on. I'd do anything you can, I was back in the gym just a couple days after surgery and working my arms seated etc...
Point taken Doug, measurements inbound. I want to double check against my caliper results.

Definately rocking the routine expat, think all your walking exercises and working out during your knee recovery helped keep what you had, without that you definately would have lost some (though with 18" arms it wouldn't be so noticeable) =)
