14 Years old, critique away!
Working out forr about 7 months, Havent been on a strict diet yet just working out trying to gain strength and muscle, Should I start a diet?
Wieght-116 lbs
Height-5'3
Max Bench-190
Max Squat-220
Deadlift-?
Powerlifting here I come

small version of Arnie holy ****. keep doing what you're doing and bulk, it apparently is working for you. great physique bro, keep it up.
edited: just don't lift too heavy, since you're still only 14, it might stunt your growth.

lookin good bro. I wiould definetly bulk though. Hows your back and arms coming along, Your midsection/pecs are in good shape. Keep it up and you gonna be a big dude when you hit say 18.
