ok so last july i started bulking and as you will see from the pics below i did a great job of gaining fat, but not so much muscle. Basically i was eating a whole bunch of junk food

and on every exercise i would do about 3 sets for 6 reps

. When March came around, i decided i was done bulking and so thankfully i found MandS.com and began cutting. so now i finished cutting last saturday and made a video and took pics today. im gonna start bulking and i wanted some constructive criticism on what my weaknesses (or strengths) are so i can fine tune my regimen.
p.s. i kno i was lopsided in most of the pictures so sorry for that as well as the stupid looks on my face

Well i had some more but i dont kno how to upload any more. so yea any comments (good or bad) are welcome and once again thx 2 everyone on here who helped me along the way.
