Smile 1 Year Progress

ok so last july i started bulking and as you will see from the pics below i did a great job of gaining fat, but not so much muscle. Basically i was eating a whole bunch of junk food and on every exercise i would do about 3 sets for 6 reps . When March came around, i decided i was done bulking and so thankfully i found MandS.com and began cutting. so now i finished cutting last saturday and made a video and took pics today. im gonna start bulking and i wanted some constructive criticism on what my weaknesses (or strengths) are so i can fine tune my regimen.

p.s. i kno i was lopsided in most of the pictures so sorry for that as well as the stupid looks on my face

For a year progress looks like you have great muscle definition but you looked bigger before...

Progress looked great, on the small shots...when they're viewed in large, they look fantastic! Loads of muscle definition, and definitely muscle growth, Great job!
