thx all for the positive feed back. i was 186lbs the day i started cutting and the last time i weighed myself (last wednesday) i was 143 lbs. at first i did HIIT with full body workout for about 3 weeks but then after consulting with u guys on the forum i changed to Doug's Mega Cutting routine and did 45 min low intensity cardio in the morning. i also rode my mountain bike to and from the gym (about 8.5 miles total). im not sure if that helped or hindered my progress tho....

yea i definitely had to buy some new jeans cuz i went from a size 36 to like a size 30. also like most of my old t-shirts look like night gowns on me now lol. as for the cardio i jus kinda changed the frequency depending on how my body reacted the week b4. at first i did cardio m,t,th,and f but soon i started to lose more than 2 lbs a week because of my farm job so i would decrease it sometimes to one or two days week. once again thx everyone for the great comments
