You have a solid build tadolfi, a good platform for building muscle. I'm guessing you dont have too much trouble gaining muscle mass - your body type of similar to mine

Wanted to give ya'all an update.
I've been watching the diet more and trying to adjust the protein so as to mix Whey and Casein during the day.
I'm hoping to do more for the fat within the next few months.
Was at 16-18% body fat in previous pics and I now hover around 14-15%.
Was at 225lbs and now at 219lbs.

Thanks for your support and honest feedback.

Hi Troy

you can definately notice the 5lbs on your first set of pics. Keep it up.

Whats your goal for fat %?

Whats your diet like?

I found cutting a lot harder than bulking, you get used to eating loads and I've got a huge appetite anyways.

Keep it up man!

Hey Darren,
Thanks for the encouragement - much appreciated!
And I totally agree on bulking!

I'd like to see myself at 11 - 12 % and then take it from there as far as bulking more or continue to cut.

Dude - I'm always tweaking the diet depending on what we have in the house.
I have two small children and my wife shops mostly for what they and her will eat through the week, so the best I can do right now is to try to keep a consistency of Protein/Carb/Fat mix.
Generally I'll stay around 35/45/20 and bounce the protein up after workouts on training days.
(Between you and I, I don't buy in to the whole 1.5 to 2 grams per lean pound of bodyweight)

I am experimenting with the ratio and also allow myself a high carb day once a week - but it is usually extra beans, sweet potato, rice, green veggie and maybe a couple slices of bread.
