Hey Bucko - sorry it took so long to reply - It's good...bulked some more through winter and started a cutter at the beginning of May. Standing at about 12% body fat and hoping to hit 10% by the end of June at the latest...then I'll maintain.

Thought I'd start the new year with a bump of an old timer thread....Ha,Ha,Ha
I'm still throwing the weight around and trying to improve as I go Summer was a decent body fat for me... http://www.muscleandstrength.com/for...hp?albumid=424 Started a bulk in November that will end next couple weeks... Will cut it back through March and April 2010 and see if I net any good muscle growth.
