I'm thinking that I need to cut more right now.
I'd like to get to a 34 inch waist (new wardrobe!) and see how that looks. Right now I am wearing 36's and tightening the belt more. I think if I get to the 34, I'll feel better and like the look and probably just try to slowly grow lean muscle from there with no type of bulking cycles. Who knows - in a year or two I could pick up another 1/2 inch on the arms and another inch on the thighs and chest without gaining any gut! That my friend would be SWEET! (Especially for a 45 year old)

Nice. Approximately how much are you losing weekly? I know you don't do cardio, so you'd be burning less muscle..

Update - no new photos and have just been maintaining the last month and a half. Strength has increased while I've kept the weight and fat off.
Will try to get a couple photos in the next four to six weeks.
