Ok that makes sense. So, I'll just keep going at it like ive been, except im in the process of selecting a new plan for my first 8 weeks of the new bulk. Ive been on my current plan for far too long, and It's time to mix things up. I kind of create my own versions of the plans though, following the basics and keeping it simple.
Any suggestions on what type of plan either? I am probably going to alternate between 3-4day/weeks splits.
I know I have a lot of questions, but my motivation has never been better, and I really feel like this is my year to really grow, after learning over the last two years what works best for me.
Oh, and one more thing. What body type would you classify me as? I do gain fat very easily, so ive always thought part endo, but i also seem somewhat ecto and a little meso too. Im very confused on that.
I appreciate your responses, and a few different opinions is always good, so im open for all critiques.
