Yeah my chest has always been my problem area right now my chest day goes (tri's included)
Barbell bench 4 sets 20 reps
incline bench 4 sets 20 reps
close grip bench 4 sets 20 reps
dips 4 sets max reps
21's pushdowns 1 set
I wanna gain endurance at the moment which is why reps are high, but once wrestling seasons over i'll lower reps to gain muscle.
