Weighed myself this morning for the first time in two weeks and tipped the scales at just over 14 stone

Thats a gain of 21lbs from when i started working out properly nearly a year ago. Now I know thats not brilliant for a year but I did have glandular fever and had to skip about 4 months of workout (three then one back on and one off) plus I can see my abs currently so 99% of that gain is muscle
I never really set a target when I started but once I passed 10 I thought 20 would be a good target. And here it is. Put 2.5" on my chest, 1.5" on the bis and 2" on my legs, waist is still the same and can feel No.7 and 8 under the last bit of stomach fat.
Feeling pretty good today and looking forward to lifting some weights more than usual
