Thumbs up Just starting... PLEASE CRITIQUE!!!

Ok Guys and Gals,

Here is some pics that I had snapped a week ago, a week after I started woking out in a few years. I plan to build up more muscle, then go for a big cut routine.
Any suggestions, ect. ect. ect.???

We'll I'm sorta a newbie to working out myself
but I always thought for someone who is not already skinny or naturally fit
is to first spend sometime doing a cutting routine and cutting down fat. Then concentrate on building mass.

Quess it depends on your goals is it to be big? or cut? definition with some increase in mass?

In the end it is all good as long as your trying to get in shape

you look like you got some decent mass already. I would go ahead and try to build some more muscle then cut. Its always easy to build muscle when your starting.

Thanks ya'll. (yes I live in the south). I want to build ALOT more muscle mass, then go for a big cut.
I am grillin some semi fresh tuna steaks as I type this. Yummy!!!
But I still await more feedback!!!
I want as MUCH as possible!!!

And the Utilikilt is everyday attire. I work on Jeeps (and other cars) in it.

I most certainly will!!! Besides keepin the fam happy and the SOHC4 forum, I am on here all the time tryin to put stuff together.
I am also a mech. so if anyone in this area needs work on their car, give me a shout, I work for REAL cheap if'in I know ya a bit.

Hello Surge and welcome!

Typically you want to have a bodyfat % around 12% -20% if you want to BULK, any higher than that I would Cut. You can get your body fat assessed in the link below:

No matter what you decide your diet is going to play a big part on the QUALITY of mass that you add to your body (If you decide to bulk) So make sure to read the articles in the link below:

Everyone the really knows me says I am a big teddy bear, but they still won't piss me off!!! LOL!!!
More tats to come too. It is another of my hobbies and like to get around to getting/ givin more. Just got to get a new sterilizer and I am all set!
