just eat man, you definitely do not need to be picky about your diet, just get those calories in right now!! At your height your going to need to build up to over 200 lbs before you start looking big. But good foundation man, keep going, you'll get there!!! Remember, nothing happens overnight

Sparta's right Masta.
The back looks really good - keep doing what ever you're doing for back.
The shoulders will need to be brought up - but if you're doing inclines and over head presses, they should grow.
And don't forget to make legs a regular body part to train as well.
Put these pics somewhere and take a few in about two months and compare.

No problem, and when I say eat thats just what I mean. High calories, McDonald's or a pizza wont hurt you right now. I'm 13 yrs older than you, but when I was your age this was what I had for my lunch at school, no joke. 2 Deli sandwiches, a big chocolate chip cookie, a can of tuna fish(yes, I started eating tuna out of the can even in the school lunchroom) and 4 chocolate milks, thats right I said 4!! I had to eat higher calories for lunch since I couldn't eat as often during the day because of my classes.

I agree with Sparta you need to eat well. Right now I say progress is on the right track.

My advice is to slowly increase your food intake, once you start eating more food you'll get amazing gains. That's personal experience, my body was quite similar to yours - my progress happened and is still happening because of food.
Best of luck!

Well, nothing more need be said on food I guess...lol. You've got a foundation to work with... pack on the calories and watch the muscles grow.
One more thing, in reference to what Troy said, MAKE SURE you are working legs. Dont leave them out on one week! Legs are the key to overall muscle!!! I cant stress this point enough.........
