No digital camera but...
I started 10 months ago at 125 lbs, had a tough time to curl a 20 pound dumbell, could barely bench 80 lbs, sqaut was 120...
Yes, I was a pathetic =(
Now, 10 months later I have gained 28 lbs, can curl a 40 pounder, bench 120, and sqaut 180.
Making good progress I think =)
