How you guys think im doing?
after 8 months in the gym
how you guys think im doing?
i bench 215lbs now and i can do 43 chin ups
also got pretty decent feet
ill post pic after 2 months, den ill have a stiff six pack 
and also im only 15

43 chin ups. Thats pretty good. The only person I know that can do 43 chin ups at one time and I was in the Marines... Build looks solid. Could use a little more attention to arms, traps and shoulders is my suggestion. Good solid chest though...
Also, for the record, if your "popping" our bodyweight to do chin ups or pull ups, your NOT doing them correctly and they dont count...

You're feet might be decent, but I'd check out that WHITE AURA surrounding you.. Shouldn't it be a different color? LOL

I saw a video of a guy do 50 "Kipping" pullups strait...that was impresive..but I'll bet his numbers would definitly drop if he did actual strict Chins...
He did end up finishing 100 in less than 2 minutes though...very impressive

If youre asking for a critique on your physique I would take that on board mate. I too would say you should hit your upper arms a bit more, inc. shoulders. Chest and abs look great though man keep up the good work
