You come and ask for a critique and then argue with a man that flushes bigger things than you down the toilet?? This is to help you, no one is trying to rub your nose in the dirt and we don't compare ourselves to others on this forum... its a helpful community but with an argumentative attitude you are going to rub a lot of people the wrong way who could really help you mate.

Agreed, you shold have said, "Okay I WILL have good tri's and bis!"

Then you go and flog them in the gym, and the next time you post a pic of your progress we all fall back on our arses and go "Whoa! Dude! You're allowed to brag now!"

Nothing.... my last suggestion I plan on giving you is this: Want to become a better person, a better worker, a better bodybuilder, a better anything you need to learn to take advice! Loose the attitude dude. Im not cracking on you. You asked so I told you. Want to get bigger, my advice to you still stands on what you need to work on. Take it and use ot or wipe your john brown with it a flush it down the toliet... makes no difference to me?!

As the others have said..you cant post up pics and ask for a critique, and then once you get some constructive criticism say "i got good biceps and good triceps" and get defensive. What you need is a "Praise my physique" thread.

Even the most massive or cut guy/gal that would post on this board would get a solid critique if he/she posted in the critique thread. Thats what your asking for when you post here.
