Default About 5 months

Basically I started to workout about 5 months ago, I do a lot of cardio almost every single day because I love to play sports so I assume that that's going to effect my muscle development. Anyways I don't really have any before photos that I can dig up so I can't really compare my growth or anything.

But please critique and suggest improvements that I can make.

If your goal is fitness then there is no critique that you can do apart from timing runs.....

If your goal is Fitness or performance you look like you have definitly reached that goal. If you are shooting for something else let us know
