What can I improve?
Alright fire off I feel really uneasy posting my picture online, lol so that's a big step. Anways, what areas can I improve in? Besides adding mass everywhere which is obviously what i'm in the process of doing. I know I know, i'm skinny, pale, don't need to remind me.
Also, do you think i'm around maybe 10% BF, maybe lower?

Yep but they are downright small, need some massive improvement lol
actually today is leg day 
btw i'm on doug's 4 day, 165 lbs 5' 11" 17 years old

eye of the beholder I guess, your basically start at about where I want to end up this time next year (same height and about 20 pounds lighter) I say bulk like crazy. make sure you are getting 500 calories over your caloric maintenance level, and just keep going at it.

Thanks guys, i've been lifting for about 10 months now believe it or not, lol, the first half of that I was doing a strength program and didn't change my diet at all.
Started at 130 lbs about this time last year, now 165, goal of 180 by december 31, i'll have to bulk like no other
And Bolanrox, I was referring to my legs in that post lol

Looking at the pic it seems like my lats are growing the most as of yet

Look pretty solid great for 1 year of training
Hows the back coming along?
Traps look lagging abit from that picture but im sure its just the camara angle ..

I'll try to get some back pics up, my cameras crapping out as of now
Another forum thinks my BF% is 12-13%, I guess I just won't worry until I think i'm fat lolz
