Looking good mate especially the lats and arms, solid gains since you started.. I wouldn't say you we're below 10% but you can see some good definition you're not far off, have you given Doug your measurments to check the bf%?

I did some online one where i put the measurements in myself, was definitely off though because it came back as 7%, lol

I've been advised to start clean bulking, does that mean cutting out whole milk, getting lowerfat cottage cheese, etc? Or should I keep eating those fatty calories. Also where I work I take 2 pb and Js with loaded peanut butter, and a half cup of almonds, should I take healthier sandwiches?

I just think traps aren't noticable in that pic because the camera was like below me, the only thing I hate is how my abs are not visible at all, owell i guess I can't worry about that right now that i'm bulking

I'm going to post another pic December 1st, we'll see how that goes
Started creatine today in loading phase, GNC's creatine seems like a steal for the money. 30 bucks for something like 155 servings? My old stuff what a kind of mixture like noxplod, tons of added sugar and caffeine, 60 bucks for 30 servings haha.
The biggest thing i'm worried about is putting on eccess fat now, but I guess I don't need to worry I used to love jogging so i'm sure it won't be too hard to get back into it. I'm not going to cut till I cut to 180 even though I probably will have nearly no abs by then
