How about you do everything? I didn't see an once of muscle. You have no cuts. Start with some body exercises that will help you a bit. You can go to the park and do pull ups.

I would say bulk up...You don;t look as if you are over weight so I would start with lifting and some cardio

I don;t see any "fat" to worry about

It is totally up to you but I see no reason to cut right now...Unless you are really unhappy with your b/f% or appearance. If you put some muscle on it will change how you look pretty quick.

Best of Luck either way you go

Just remember at age 14, you should not be lifting for max and a lot of heavy weight. Take on weights that you can control and feel difficult but not like "oh my god! This is too heavy!"

I would prescribe eating good carbs in the morning for lasting energy and at night, after dinner have something that has higher protein and low to no carbs before bed to help the muscle tissue repair itself better.
Maybe some chicken, tuna, a couple eggs or some cottage cheese and also add some fat (walnuts, peanuts or almonds would do - no salt!) Even some peanut butter would work!
The fat helps slow the digestion so your body gets more out of the protein so to speak.

And ignore darthpotter - he was apparently born lookin like Arnold Schwarzenegger
