Well maybe he has it now because he sure didn't have it before lol.
comments like that aren't needed!
start bulking do some beginner routines till you build omse strength up, then cut, then bulk up and use a routine you create or one you find that you like. Do what works for you not what works for someone else. Everyone is different.

You are all right, I want to apologize to the OP MADMUD and all the guys here for the 2 posts that I did. It was disrespectful and lame.
Hope you guys forgive my rude comments.

i think you before you start lifting heavy weights, you should maybe do some cardio like for 30 minutes HIIT and beginners program, and also get someone to assist you in your first classes so you don't screw up and end up hurting yourself because lack of knowledge, also get a diet and after a month or so doing cardio and beginners program you should start bulking up
assuming you have access to a decent gym.. i can help you very well.
at your age .. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM DEADLIFTS AND SQUATS unless you are doing very low weight. You do not need to risk an injury by trying to prove something to friends and the like.
look up the beginner workouts on this site and get at it boy. its not about how strong you are at this age, you are just developing your bone structure and do not want to stunt your growth.
just make sure that you pay equal attension to each of your muscle groups so that you dont over develop/underdevelop in certain areas and become out of proportion.
you dont need luck, because i know that with committment you can reach your goal.
focus on perfect form on all exercises. when trying something new, start with very little weight. when i first did incline bench i hurt my shoulder cause i tried too high a weight. luckily i was fine after a week or 2 but it still gave me a hell of a scare
