1 week progress
Well, after the first week and a good 2 day rest. I lost 2lbs!
I did the 3 day beginner split all week, but went mild with the weight, just high reps and sets. This week I figure I can go a bit heavier and lower my sets/reps. I did 30min cardio before and 15min after each workout. Not much of a change in size I guess, but my wife and people at work definately noticed a difference this week in my shape.
