as you can see there's a long, long road ahead of me
Right now I am focusing mostly on trying to consume ~3,500kCal a day. However some days I easily burn 500kCal just by walking (my cell phone is a pedometer as well; I usually walk anywhere from 6-11km.)
This does not include any weight I am carrying like the boxes we stock at work (14-24kg boxes of alcoholic beverages...)
critique me please and advice or inspiring thoughts are much appreciated
