Nice job. Seems like you have good shoulder development and the makings of a tan. Keep it up!

Incline barbell bench press 12 10 8 6
dumbbell fly's 12 10 8 6
chest press 12 10 8 6

do u think that is ok? or maybe you think i should do something like
barbell bench press 12 10 8 6
incline barbell press 12 10 8 6
incline dumbbell press 12 10 8 6
and then dumbbell fly's 12 10 8 6

Incline barbell press and Incline dumbbell press are redundant. Why not just choose one and then do INCLINE FLYES if you need another incline movement?

Just a suggestion.

Thorpey,

I'm not sure if you've heard this before or not but, lifting heavy weight in the less than 10 reps range for people under the age 18 is definitely Ill-advised.

It is dangerous and "may" permanently stunt your growth by damaging your growth plates, if they haven’t sealed yet, and at 15 they most likely have not.

If you haven’t heard this before, please ask around to find out more details if you wish...it's for-real.

My suggestion would be to never lift any weight you can't successfully rep out 10+ times in perfect form, at least until your 18+

Cheers
