Question My body type?

Hey there.First post!
I saw that this is the forum to post pics on so i think it's the right one for my questions.
What is my body type?
I can't say i'm mesomorph and i can't say i'm endomorph.
I look proportionate,i gain weight easily but i loose it easily as well.I go to the gym from time to time( a couple of months per year) and i easily gain muscular mass but it's hard for me to define them.
Well now i'm 20 ,183 cm and about 97 kg.So i am overweight and i want to go to about 87kg.I already started swimming, eating healthier and jogging. Is this enough? or should i go back to the gym?
i posted a pick so you can see.

The ENDOMORPH

The body of the extreme endomorph is round and soft. The physique presents the illusion that much of the mass has been concentrated in the abdominal area. This may or may not be true. The arms and legs of the extreme endomorph are short in length and taper. This may give the appearance of stalkiness. The hands and feet of the endomorph are comparatively small, and the upper arms and thighs are often more developed than the lower parts of the arms or legs. The body has a high waist.

Other Traits of the Endomoprh

The skin is soft and smooth, and the hair is fine. The head of the endomorph is spherical. The head is large and the face broad.

Famous Endomorphs

John Goodman, Roseanne, Jack Black.

Given your picture, and your description I say you are probably 75% Endomorph and 25% Meso.

It is possible to be a combination of 2.

Swimming and Jogging will do little to "Build Muscle", so YES I'd return to the gym.

If you can't define your muscles, the key is probably in your diet. What PCF ratios are you following?

My goal at the moment is to loose some weight not to gain muscles. So being and endomorph pretty much limits the way i can look doesn't it?Even with workout i won't be able to look like a bodybuilder.Too bad.
And what is a PCF ratio?

I'd say you could be an Endo/Mesomorph...

I agree you should go back to the gym, heavy training with high reps, and short sharp sessions of HIIT should be advantageous for your bodytype.

With regards to the diet you should pay attention to the types and amounts of carbohydrates, stick with low glycemic carbs, and keep carb intake at approx 40-45% of total calories..

PCF ratio is the percentages of protein/carbs/fat that make up the total daily calories

When your body fat levels are below 12% you should be able to see your abs. But that is mostly a result of your diet.

Ab exercises in and of themselves won't make your six pack appear, but they will build the muscles and strengthen your core.

Trian them as you would your other body parts. Once or twice a week with resistence.

Good luck!
