Someone told me ice cream was good for bulking because of the carbs and fat, I guess they were wrong?

There was a time years ago when I read and was told by more than one person that Ice cream was good for bodybuilding cause it was full of Amino Acids!!

Masta- you're not getting any significant protein until like mid-day. You also are consuming 139 of your 209 grams of protein from supplements! They are SUPPLEMENTS NOT SUBSTITUTES! Your proteins should be coming more from whole food sources than from supplements. -EK

Thanks for the advice man, but I have a very tough time eating at breakfast so consuming protien then would mean less of the oats is this ok?

Why are you having a tough time eating breakfast? Is it because you never have before? You're training your body to grow, so it might come down to training your body to eat more as well. It could also be that you're downing Cell Mass first thing in the morning which you generally would only do on your off days, but not days you train. I have to be honest here, too. I can't see any benefit to taking 8.5 grams of creatine daily, when 1) 5 grams has been shown numerous times to be sufficient, and 2) taking it before your breakfast is possibly interfering with you eating enough food. If your gastric area is full of Cell Mass, it can't possibly hold and process all of the whole food you need from one of the day's two most critical meals! In effect, you could be sacrificing protein and food for a supplement. Doesn't anybody just work out hard and eat anymore? -EK

I've always had a tough time eating in the morning even before I started taking cellmass, I never feel full from it
