That's unfortunate. You may just have to train yourself to eat breakfast. I'm inclined to believe if you give up the ice cream at night you'll be hungrier in the morning, but either way, you're way too reliant upon supplements for protein. Eggs, meats, fish, fowl, milk, cottage cheese- anything whole food. Your ratio of whole food to supplements would serve you better the other way around. -EK

Alright man, I'll see what I can do...I'll try add some natural protien.
