Kl 14:00 "skyr" its a protein yogurt with 19gr protein in it and only 5 gr carbs 110kk
Kl 15:30 100ml orangejuice 44kk
Kl 16:00-17:30 workout
Kl 17:30 30gr whey protein og 400ml skimmed milk 266,4kk
Kl 19:00 Hot meal 400kk
Kl 20:30 50gr cucomber and 10.oz water 8kk

2000kk 20/35/45
44,4gr fat = 0.5, 3, 2, 2.78, 2.4, 10, 2, 6, = 30gr
175gr protein 3, 5, 20.4, 23, 7.1, 5, 21, 18, = 102,5gr
225gr carbs 16.6, 27, 1.3, 25, 2.8, 3, 11, 2, 1, 31 = 120,7gr
bolded part= the foods i get from everything besides hot meals
The foods i need to get from hot meals= 14gr fat, 72,5gr protein,
103,3gr carbs
please critique all advices good or bad taken
