Apart from others' comments, which I'm sure there will be: are there any vegetables, because I don't see any listed, and they are not calorie dense, which means you can afford to put some in. Vegetables = vitamins and fibre, no good looking good on the outside if the inside's all screwed up.

Potato and pasta are your carbohydrates, so don't remove those. If it's any help, peas contain a significant amout of protein, there are beans, lentils for protein too. But if you can manage some veg, or salad stuff like celery, it would be good for the insides. Celery can be eaten smeared in peanut butter. Cucumber is mostly water, so it will hydrate you too etc. Also I would advise having more than one eating plan so that you have variation, even if you do it a week about, if funding, or buying too many different perishable items is an issue.
Hopefully someone else on the site will reply to your initial post, in the meantime you could try the search button at the top, and take a look at the nutrition there, if that helps.

From the protein pancakes (which I assume are egg-based) and the salmon, I'd imagine, aside from the protein bars...

You can buy salmon cheaper than other lean meats?
And how long does it take take cook meat, it really doesn't take long, not compared with time to cook veg or carbs.
