Default C/P/F Critique

Hey everyone,
For some reason I can't use the search button otherwise I would have figured it out. Anyway, tell me if I've got the carbs, protein, fat ratio down.

I used the calculator and figured I need 3248 calories for maintenence. I'm trying to gain so I added 500 calories to that.

3728 calories
469g carbs
281g protein
83g fat

Does this sound right? Also, I know I should try to minimize saturated fat but what's a good level to keep it at?

Looks about right to me. That's just slightly under what I eat in a day, so yeah.

That's a good base as far as using 50/30/20.
If you stay with it a couple weeks and start holding water, getting all puffy or notice the mid section growing too much - maybe adjust the protein up 5% and the carbs down 5%.

It depends on how carb sensitive your body is.
Also, don't beat on yourself too much if you are off on these ratios here and there.
As long as you get a good baseline going and are putting on a couple pounds a week - you're cool.

One thing that always helps me is to have at least two meals that are exactly the same everyday - I all ready know the calories and the ratios because I've planned them ahead of time. Doesn't make tracking things as much of a chore.
Good luck!

Man, I don't know how you guys eat all that in a day. I just about stuffed my face yesterday and still had about 60g protein to go.
