Citrus fruit dangers!
Since most people working out tend to eat a good diet, this is just a freindly warning.
Citrus fruits can react adversly with medication, especially grapefruit, which I know is one of the favourites for people trying to lose weight.
I was fortunate in that I can't stand grapefruit, since one hayfever medication which I was on until they took it off the market, caused numerous deaths, linked with eating grapefruit whilst taking it I believe. I won't mention which one it was; but doctors are aware that citrus fruits can react with some medications, but that doesn't mean that you will be informed of this. I was on the hayfever medication for over 10 years before I was given a document by the chemist about the potential danger of grapefruit; but as I mentioned, fortunately I really do not like grapefruit.

Grapefruit contains a compound called Narnigen, you normally see this compound added to some fat burning stacks that contain caffine, the narnigen keeps the caffine receptors open longer in the body...I agree that people on medications and eat grapefruit should be wary with some medications, especially medications for heart conditions

The best solution to hayfever is find the nearest honey producer and buy a few jars of it, a spoonful of that a day should pretty much cure it. Providing it is specific pollens that you are reacting to this method works similar to immunization jabs, it lets your body become desensitized to it.
Find the nearest producer and go speak to them, see if you can get a jar of completely unprocessed honey, straight out the combs.

I tried that, but unfortunately I'm allergic to grass so it didn't appear to help...on the upside Orkney honey is really nice, and of course honey is a good antiseptic; a fact I did not know is that honey does not mould...very interesting; so it has perfect antibacterial qualities.
