im 6'0 220lbs and 40 yrs old i have been lifting for about 6months and I have made good gains but cant get rid of the rest of my gut and would like to get my weight down to 210 heres my diet any advice is greatly appreciated
breakfast: 1C oatmeal (cal300) 8OZ nofatmilk (80cal) 1/2 c egg beaters omelete 60 cal
pwo 1 glass noexplode 60 cal
pwo 1 glass whey protein 2 scoops w/water 300cal
lunch 2servings tillapia w/ 1 c brown rice and 1c mixed veggies 420 cal
mid meal same as lunchbut with a medium size bowl of mixed fruit 500cal
dinner same as lunch and meal 5 but sometimes I substitute skinless chicken breast for the fish total for each day 2140
there is my diet in a nut shell does this look okay for gaining and a little weight loss or do i need to change

Having 3 meals that are very similar seems a bit boring but thats just my take if you like it then its all good. Other then that your diet looks ok, just make sure your doing your cardio before breakfast otherwise your just working off your breakfast and not the fat.
