Good grief this is horrible! Where's the freakin protein bro? If you're following 40/40/20 ratio, you should be getting 1200 calories from protein, or 300 grams. You're no where near that. What's up with all that processed sugar for breakfast? I would encourage you to do a search on the site for the article on how to put together a bodybuilding diet, or at the very least, make sure you are getting even amounts of protein with each meal. Your current plan is really carb heavy and has your insulin production all over the place. -EK

Have a look at the article How to construct a bodybuilding diet for help in constructing your nutrition plan, and remember its not just calories that you want, but protein, good carbohydrates and essential fats....If you want to achieve your goal that is..

Looks like I haven't been thinking about protien or carbs only calories
