Well I'm kinda screwed in the lunch department it's all my school has pretty much that and cheeseburgers which are nasty
I changed up my breakfast though
1 cup steel cut oats w/ whole milk (600 cals, 130g carbs, 16g protien, 8g fat)
1 slice whole wheat bread (100 cals, 21g carbs, 5g protien, 1.5g fat)
8 oz Grapefruit juice
Animal Pak
12 oz water

Have you considered taking your lunch to school? You can make tuna salad cheap and easy and put it on wheat bread. How about some eggs or a shake with breakfast? BTW, your breakfast changes DO look a lot better. -EK

Ok I changed it up again
--8:30 am--
1/2 cup steel cut oats, 8 oz milk
2 sausage patties
12 oz water
8 oz juice
Animal Pak
--10:30 pm--
This has to be something very convienent but real food as I already take a gainer shake and bar, can't of anything =/
--12:30 pm--
Roast Beef Sandwhich on wheat, with cheese and lettuce
20 oz water
???
--3:30 pm--
Big 100 collousal bar
20 oz water
--6:10 pm--
BSN Cellmass
--6:30 pm--
ON Whey Chocolate
--7:30 pm--
Dinner, consists of a protien source and a carb source every time.
20 oz water
--10:30 pm--
N - Large 2 with 16 oz whole milk

What's an Animal Pak? and aren't sausage patties deep fried (they are in Orkney), in which case wouldn't turkey/chicken be better?

Thanx...pretty new to all the supplement names, I only use a multivit and stick to normal foodstuffs, that said, I'm not trying to beef-up. A few years back my diet had I posted it on here would have been laughable, but it's much healthier these days.
Would have been nothing for me to get through a whole family sized apple pie (top and bottom crusts) or a family sized lemon meringue, just for desert; probably because my workout kept my metabolism sky-high; as for the amount of calories, albiet bad calories, I was consuming, absolutely no idea. More food...need food...
