Default My 1200 cal plan

This was alot harder to plan than I first thought. But anyway here's my plan:

Bfast: 100 ml juice, muesli (10g) with 100 ml fat free milk, boiled egg, 50g low fat yogurt and raspberries.
Snack: multigrain bar and a fruit
Lunch: Fruit salad (half apple and half orange), 2 tbs brown rice, 40g lean meat, veg (non starchy)
Snack: 2 wasa crackers with honey
Supper: Veg soup (homemade brothy type), baby potatoes (80g) , Veg, 60g lean meat, 50 g low fat yogurt and fruit.
Snack : I have a sweet tooth so I included a late nite snack of fat free ice cream( only a little bit) - this is my bad time otherwise I cheat.

That diet looks pretty solid, you must be pretty light though as 1200 calories is a seriously small amount.

On the sweet tooth, carbs before bed isnt really a good idea unless your working out late at night.

Protien is a good way of staving off a sweet tooth and cravings, it may be an idea to get a chocolate protien shake and just have 1 scoop of that if you feel a sweet craving coming along as it will fill you up, stop your craving and isnt loaded with carbs or fat.

Have a cheat day once per week, to eat the things that you want, that way you will keep the diet clean through the week because you know that you have that one day that you can have your treats..

You have too much fruit in the diet, limit your fruit intake to 1 or 2 pieces per day..omit the honey from your snack...you need to increase essential fats in your plan...

As long as you get "enough" essential fats in the day, if you post up your diet when you have made the changes I posted above them I will have a look at it for you...
