Should my c/p/f be 35/35/30? I was thinking that it should be that or 40/40/20.

If your entering into a bulking phase I would start with IMO 50/30/20 c/p/f and take it from there. Monitor for a few weeks and see how the body is reacting, what muscle growth you are getting, what the energy levels and recovery is like then adjust from there.
