What I eat most days.
Breakfast:
Two eggs, two slices of wheat toast(no butter or jelly),milk.
snack:
Fruite,crackers.
Dinner:
What ever my mom cooks.
This works for me,but will I gain muscle?
I do want muscle but I do not want to be a bodybuilder.
Thanks.

This is not enough mate. You need to have 500 calories more per day than your BMR (basal metabolic rate) or you will NOT build any muscle. I don't think this diet comes even close to your daily caloric needs just to maintain. Use the BMR calculator here... http://www.muscleandstrength.com/too...alculator.html to the number it gives you you need to add 500 and that is how much you need to eat each day, even rest days, to build muscle.
To find out how many calories you are currently consuming use www.fitday.com and from the information it gives you also look at your Protein/Carbohydrate/Fat ratio. You need to be at a P/C/F ratio of 30/50/20 respectively.

take a look at the diet section if you haven't ultimately you should be having 6 meals or so with a nice balance of protein, fats and carbs (just divide your daily calories by 6 to get how much each meal should be).
