1.No weight gain.
2.I started eating more today.
3.Will I start to gain muscle only working 2 days a week?Why only 2?(just wondering)
3.I used to kick but it didn't seem to do any good.There is one leg exercise I can do on my Bowflex.I can move my legs,but not my feet.
I say two so that you know you have fully recovered.
Some folks can take 48-72 hours for their tissue to recover fully as well as their central nervous system.
Why not try this if you can do it...
Work chest, shoulders, triceps on day one...
Work back, biceps, legs on day two...
Skip day three and then do day one again, next day repeat day two.
Weekend off
See how this goes for a couple months and then you will have the diet nailed down and be able to switch the routine for more results.
