Question /!\ MY diet for the winter /!\

is this to much or to little?
7:00 i eat 1 bowl with kellogs special k (30gr) and 2% milk like 100ml

9:30 i eat an apple or drink 0,25l fruit juice 21-47kcal(varies on juice type)

12:00 I usually have a boozt here with 170 gr of protein yogurt contains 17gr protein, its like 80 kkcal, and than i add 4 frosted strawberries, one banana, sometimes a little amount of blueberries and sometimes mixed fruit, 200ml 0,1% milk some ice cubes or i just get a sandwich with ham and cheese and 0,5l water

14-16:00 varies on school lenght if i had a sandwich for lunch i get myself a protein yogurt and if i have a boozt for lunch ill just have 1 apple sometimes

16:30-18:00 im in the gym

18:30-19:00 is dinner, its 90% of the time hot dinner, mostly chicken or fish

21:00 i usually get one glass of orange juice (its good for the liver (: )

23:00-23:30 sleep

any tips to improve this?
im suppose to have like 2500kkcal a day but i never eat that much :/ :S
im using Doug's 6 Day Cutting Routine
ill be using it for like 2 months tops cause im slimming a lil down, want more definition on muscles :]
and also what kind of cardio should i do?
is cycling 10 miles and walking 2 miles in 30 minutes uphill
or should i maybe add harder cardio in it?
i have a good stamina but i can be really lazy when its comes to HIIT cause i usually have no motivation to kill myself running :/

Is the 2500, -500 needed for cutting?
You should prolly work out the P/C/F ratios and find the exact cals your takin in. At first glance it looks like your not getting enough protine, but its hard to tell without exact measurements, I know its a pain but it helps. other then that it looks ok, I'd go for a PWO shake right after the gym and then go for dinner a little latter, but thats a personal preference, some people like a solid meal after the gym.

As for the cardio I'd say thats fine, I prefer the low intensity to the HIIT, just make sure its first thing before breakfast or right after your weights.

id say that diet looks lacking in calories After the gym you should have something to give you an insulin spike some simple carbs not too much tho then about an hour later when you have your meal it should include complex carbs and protein with some fats not trans fats
