Default is this diet good enough?

my diet at the moment is morning- 4 weetabix with milk followed by a protein shake. 2 hours before my workout i eat 2 whole sandwiches with cottage cheese. after workout i have 2 bananas with a protein shake. then when i get home i have 2 whole sandwiches with cottage cheese then 2 hours later have whatever mum cooks lol with a tall glass of milk and milk again before i go to bed.
i'm not a vegetation as such but i can't eat meat in the house cos my parents are vegetation so is cottage cheese and whey protein shakes good enough for buiding muscles? i was thinking of buying a pack of cooked chicken breasts from the supermarket near my gym or a stack pie from greggs, so is this a good idea to get meat into my muscles cos i've tied pasties and they have alot of fat so im running out of options. thanks
