Default My eating habbits

(1) Height 62"
(2) Weight 12 stone
(3) Age 22
(4) Training goal Muscle gain
(5) How many times you train per week 3 days
(6) Approximate serving size of food (this would help greatly) Small and large

I have 3-4 eggs and an apple/apricot for breakfast (been told I should seperate the yolk and only have 1 yolk?) I fry and scramble them

Lunch - A large bun with coranation chicken, sweetcorn, cheese and carrot

Dinner - I have whatever is put in front of me, most of the time it's cooked dinners with meats and veg etc every so often it's chips and sausages/(flavoured/bread crumbed) chicken

In between meals I eat fruit, and sometimes crisps...

Honestly I'm not a big chef type person, I do like to cook stir frys - that's about it

I do feel the need to eat something all the time (with the eggs for breakfast they keep me 'full' for quite a while compared to cereal)... even with eating junk food I never put weight on nor do I lose weight

I'd try and squeeze in atleast another meal in your day, and if possible, two - breakfast at 8, another at 11, and 2pm or 3pm, dinner at 6, then a meal at night at 9 or something like that. To build muscle calorie intake has to be much greater. I find it hard to gain weight too, you've probably got a high metabolism like me, just keep eating, when you eat I wouldn't eat to the point of being too full though. As to the type of foods, try and get protein in there in every meal, best in the form of lean meat. It's tricky, I just eat whatever I can get my hands on lol - little or no junk food though, don't think crisps is any good
